国家蛋白质科学研究(上海)设施数据库与计算分析系统负责人,博士生导师。上海市浦江人才,上海市海外高层次人才,获美国癌症研究协会女性癌症研究学者奖。作为负责人承担多项科研项目,在Cell等期刊发表多篇文章。
聚焦基于串联质谱数据的蛋白质组学,结合临床治疗中的关键科学问题,开发创新的统计建模与计算生物信息学方法,开展人工智能算法构建与蛋白质数据库平台建设,系统挖掘并功能注释肿瘤抗原等蛋白质治疗靶标,服务于肿瘤免疫治疗和精准医学研究。
