       徐天衡,研究员/博导,智能信息通信技术研究与发展中心副主任。2011年于南京理工大学获本科学位、2016年于中国科学院研究生院获博士学位。主要研究领域包括未来移动通信关键技术、泛在认知与智能频谱感知技术、多模态信号融合感知与交互等:发表高水平SCI/EI论文70余篇;申请发明专利40余项。作为项目负责人及项目科研骨干,积极主持各类科研项目:近5年主持和参与了国家科技部、工信部、国家自然基金、上海市科委项目、中科院战略先导项目、企业横向合作等多类项目,累积经费超7000万元。学术研究工作得到相关领域其他学者的关注、认可与引用,获电信学顶级国际会议IEEE Globecom最佳论文奖(2016年度)、Springer MONAMI 最佳论文奖(2021年度),担任国际SCI期刊International Journal of Electronics and Communications (影响因子3.169)编委。先后荣获上海市优博(2016)、获选上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划(2017年度)、中国科学院青年创新促进会人才计划(2019年度)、中国通信学会技术发明一等奖(2019年度)、上海市技术发明一等奖(2020年度)、上海市青年科技启明星(2021年度)、国家青年人才托举计划(2021年度)、上海市技术发明一等奖(2022年度)、上海市科技系统“青年五四奖章”(2022年度)、上海市“五一劳动奖状(2022年度)”。
